HollyBrook Stage Rage (“Scotty”) is an exciting new alternative in the breeding shed. In 2005, the year his first offspring entered the show ring, “Scotty babies” strutted their stuff across the country. Down south, Willowick Center Stage was Grand Champion Mare at the Citrus Cup and Reserve Grand National Champion Two-Year-Old Pleasure Driving Mare. In the East, Toys R Us (RAF) won the Weanling Sweepstakes at the Maine All-Morgan. From the West Coast, Metolius was World Champion Four-Year-Old Western Pleasure. And, representing the Midwest , all three of Scotty's weanlings showing at the Sweepstakes made the cut and two incredible fillies emerged as the Winner and Runner Up. RLMF Barrymore capped off the year by being named World Champion Futurity Two-Year-Old Pleasure Driving horse over outstanding competition. Stage Rage is crossing well with a large variety of mare lines. He is consistently adding size and stretch. His foals' willingness to train combined with athletic ability and upright necks with natural head sets “to die for” make them an owner's and trainer's dream. We expect him to make a positive impact on the breed for many years to come.
